Well after playing with the light have decided to run the power to the lights around about 9 to 10 volts so that the light is not overpowering and out of scale, the lights are rated at 12 volts @ 30 ma.
Still need to construct chain housing and wench mechanism housing portions, will also rig up an arm of sorts for lamps so they do not look like they are hanging by wires.
