Missing "Reply" buttons

Do we have an optional background color? This one is hard on the eyes after a while.

I don't know how difficult it is to add a different and optional color scheme, but we can talk to Pat and see what he says. I'd like that option if it isn't a pain to implement. I'll get back to you on that.
