I finished off the car this afternoon.




I used a fiberglass scratch brush to wear the paint and decals down a bit, exposing the gray primer in a few areas, especially along the roof and roofwalk.




then I added polly-s grimy black to the trucks, couplers and underframe and polly-s dirt on the sides around the ladders and lower parts of the car.


Then it was off to the layout to put it into revenue service in a short mixed train.
