Things are settling down. Home repairs are nearly complete so the layout can be uncovered and worked on. I cleared the workbench . I am finally getting into a routine with being retired and I can get modeling time in again.

It may be awhile before I can get a consist rolling again. I am finding the layout needs some repairs. Having to remove the floor above it did some damage. Luckily no water damage.
