And come to think of it, I guess you could slice-and-dice an Athearn bay window caboose into an ex-B&LE car like that one.
I have no Idea what the building is and I doubt it is even there now. I think this is now the site of Larry's truck and electric now but not sure.

Robert D Timpany became Trustee of the bankrupt CNJ in 1971. He was a former Coastguardsman and chose the scheme to reflect that. I think this was the last pre-Conrail CNJ scheme, after the C&O inspired blue and yellow.
I've been enjoying this thread from the start and finally I'm able to make a contribution. Here's a shot of a CN freight as it heads east through Aldershot March 24/2013
Damn, I must of missed that.....I only live up the road in Farnham........Oh, sorry, there's another Aldershot......not the one in Hampshire (England).....
Is that middle unit ex Conrail? It looks like it has the red markers and Conrail blue paint (or maybe LMS, Conrail's leasing arm?), and I thought some of those C40-8Ws ended up sold off and weren't split up between NS or CSX.

Thats cool! I rarely see good pictures of the Shore Fast Line. Its also a good shot because I bet that is (or was) one of the last U30B locomotives around. I can't think of any U-boats still operating in New Jersey or even in eastern Pennsylvania, and I think the only one preserved is a U34CH tucked away by the URHS. I'm sure there are other U-boat diesels out there, just none in this area.
Hello G.E.C.--- Illinois Central acquired C40-8W #2458 from LMSX just prior to the CN/IC merger---they were called "Blue Devils" on the CN system. Here's a link showing another shot of this locomotive
