I love the lighting, and the design of these kits.
I've yet to build one and frankly, I didn't realize they were still around. I may have to pick one up

Thanks! Glen.
Yes you can still buy these kits, but they are not cheap.
You can buy them with or without the interior details.
I originally purchased my kit without the interior details, but ended up buying and adding those details to my house.
The instructions are also not the greatest for a kit like this.

Hi everyone, well I have managed to get the second floor of this house finished except for the lighting of it.
So I thought I would share with you some photos of how I went about it.
First I was able to finally get the last turret wall and frontdoor wall glued into place now that I had the second floor in place.

I then finished off the stairs to the second floor with a railing all around the stairwell.
I also added the wall between the front bedroom and the stairwell.

Here is a better look into that front bedroom.

I then added the next wall that would give me my bathroom and little Brynnlee`s bedroom.
Here`s  how they now look.

So next I will work on lighting up the second floor, just like I did for the first floor.
I will report back when I have that job finished.

I think I could live there! I'm looking forward to seeing how you route the wiring for the 2nd floor.

Thanks! TMo.
I don't think you would like it though, all of the furniture is glued down and no T.V or internet service.  Icon_e_smile

Hi again everyone, here's the latest update with this project.
First I switched out the embossed paper stonework for around the foundation with styrenne stonework instead.
I still have not completed the lighting for the second story, so I got a little sidetracked and decided to build the front porch.
I was going to save the 2 porches until the end, but I really wanted to see what the front one would look like on this house.
I also completed the sidewall that will be the removable one that allows you to see the interior of this home.
Anyways here are a couple of photos showing you what I have accomplished.

Thanks very much! Don.
I'm trying to do my very best work on this one for my little grandchild Brynnlee, as it will be a keepsake from me to her one day.
