Is that a bicentennial scheme?  Looks like it might be, with a bit of color shift in the film/negative. Color is pretty true. Kodachrome 64 
City Line -- is that West Philly? Not sure. Roselyn Street is on the right and appears to end here.

The color scheme is called "Gulf Oil". Gulf Oil's truck were orange and blue at that time.

The letter board says "Ogontz" on the bottom line. That would make the trolley line the Route 23. The line ran from South Philly through North Philly, Germantown, Mt Airy, and Chestnut Hill. At the time it was the longest trolley line in the world.

I tried to find the location on Google Earth but there must be a lot of changes on those streets. I can't remember what route we were on but we might have been going into the Penn Central Plaza to Conrails Blue Room, or if we were leaving I believe the next stop was York.
