Good work on the floor so far. I would paint the floor a lighter grey as concrete is usually quite a bit lighter than what you painted, unless you're engineering crews have painted the floor in a dark grey epoxy paint.
as far as oil and grease stains, most staining would be between th rails and where you would be storing those items on the floor.

I agree with Glen on concrete color - I'd also tone in some beigish tan.  Take a look at your sidewalk - it's a good approximation...

I can see what you guys are saying. I wanted to try something and I weathered the floor and it did lighten it up some from the dark grey. It did lighten it up to a lighter grey color. As for the middle of the tracks, the color is actually black but in the photo, it looks like it's dark grey but it's not. It's to represent oil that has leaked from engines coming in and from work being done on them. Now I need to grind down by the rails so the engines can get in and then it's time to add all the little details on the inside and get the building set into place.

Thanks Jim. I never thought about the forklift tire marks. I will get those added in there somewhere. Thank you for the idea.

While waiting for the roof vents to dry from being painted, I decided to do some searches on MOW Equipment for Conrail and came across some old baggage cars painted in a light grey. So since I had a PRR baggage car that I will not use for anything, I painted it in primer paint and it matched very closely to the light grey. Now to find black Conrail decals.

LS from looking around a lot of old passenger equipment was made into mw cars with some just adding a x to the car number and some of the windows blanked over seen one photo of a passenger car turned into a Crain car by simply torching off about 2/3 of the top and sides.
