Train vs. Tornado..... I think the train lost.

This was on one of the other boards I belong to, though I'd pass it on.... you always think about how heavy a train is until it goes up against the forces of nature.

Cheers I thought it wasn't too bad of a ride for the crew until I saw the tank car getting closer, and closer!!!

The sound of the wreck happening was like a tornado coming.

What are the odds of having a camera in a trailing unit on and recording when that happened?

Pretty good actually, they are usually always on and recording.

Makes us think twice about what we say, do, (and picking our noses, scratching, etc.) Goldth

A lot of rails I know hated the things at first, you have to watch what you say and do with the audio recording in them, but when the ompany has to go to litigation, you're glad you have it! Thumbsup

Never seen that before, that happened probably within a 30min (give or take a bit) drive from my parents house. I remember when that tornado happened too, everyone was shocked that a tornado hit that early in the year

I know! Eek That would be one of the scariest sights for a crew! Hope no one was injured or killed.
