Two CSX C40-8W's at the interchange for SMS Rail Service waiting for SMS to drop off empty ethanol tank cars

I am curious... What are the rules about posting published pics? I don't have a scanner that works, so I can not post my own yet, but I have gotten permission from the PMHS and the COHS to use their published pics, as long as proper credit is given to the photographer. Neither side cares, as there is no financial gain on my part. Could someone let me know?

If you have permission for reuse, as long as you follow the conditions it's fine - in a legal sense. For forum policy, see a moderator.
