I pre-ordered my pair. Can you tell I'm happy. I'll be happier when they arrive.

These are so tempting.

The only problem is the last two items I pre-ordered from these guys never materialized. I cancled the Sharks after waiting almost 3 years and a Reading steamer after a two plue year wait.

They do look nice.
I have no use for one...modeling modern.....But they sure do look nice.

I was told that they were working on them 3 years ago so I hope I get them before 2012. I don't set much store on the November 30, 2009 date either. The I1's were 2 years late, but they are a great locomotive.

I thought it was going to be a tender instead...the Baldwin only gave me a bit of pause since I associate centipede tenders with ALCO.
