Well, I don't now what year and model KIA he was driving, but my wife's 2007 Amanti has so many airbags, it's unbelieveable!!
I only know what I know, and I don't understand very much of it, either.

I notice on the Fingerlakes site that all the locomotives appear to have ditch lights. In many pictures they are not turned on. If you are running with disabled lights you are required to stop and flag all crossings. A witness said no headlight, and it would be dark. I can't understand why no headlights or ditch lights.
Locomotives built before 1948 are exempt but their fleet appears to be newer then that.

There's another video out on Youtube of a drunk woman in Boston falling off the platform onto the tracks as a subway is coming. Lucky, lucky girl as well. Just type in "subway woman" and a slew of choices pop up.
