Hello Everyone----here's another RS-3,this time an Atlas model of CNR #3017

There is a photo of that PC RS3m on page 8 of Issue 41 of The Railroad Press (Apr. May, June 1999)! The magazine photo caught it in 1975 with a fresh coat of black paint working on Manhattan's West Side at the West 72nd St. yards.

I recognized it right away from your pic and went thumbing through the magazine.
