Basically a fire retardant was sprayed on the tracks (why, I can't seem to figure out) which caused loss of traction. The passenger train then gained too much speed and derailed around the corner. The service vehicle that also crashed shortly after was the same vehicle that applied the retardant. It was coming to help and also could not stop.
