I am especially impressed with the signs. How did you make them?

Kevin the store signs are letters and numbers from kit kraft stuck on tape and painted then i used thin contact cement to dip the backs in and then apply them to the building the sign under the awing are letters applied to a strip on scale 1x12 ( whitch was to thin) painted then sanded off the paint to the white letters, window signs are downloads from the net printed and sprayed with craft cement and attched to the windows.

The railing on the overhang is a NICE touch. Good trim color choice, IMO. Thumbsup
