Can't send PM's

I've recently had some major computer problems and since getting the computer back, haven't been able to send out a pm.
I can receive them just can't send them out. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Hi Bruce,

The usual fix for functionality issues is to clear all cookies, browser history, cache, etc and then log back in.

If you've tried this already, or it doesn't solve the problem, please let us know.

I've checked, and you are in the "registered users" group, and they can all send PM's. Do what MasonJar suggests, and let us know what happens.
