Looks like that car though has been modified with a load divider setup either after conversion back to a insulated boxcar (most likely) or before reefer convert.

The residents in Schenley did not like it when potatoes were delivered by rail for the Schenley Distillery, It seems that the fruit had already started to ferment before being shipped, and the odor was offensive to say the least, according to them Icon_lol

I did some digging and found another photo

I had the "opportunity" to work in a car fabrication shop and we were building those Cryo Trans Reefers. The walls are fiberglass with the weird wavy pattern as seen in the photo. The floor was aluminum channel and were 18" X 35' pieces that were screwed to the wood sub floor. In the middle in the doorway was a peice of 1/2" Diamond plated steel as a forklift turn. We then also had to place these 12" X10' long peices of plastic used as a scrape protector from forklifts and pallett jacks.

That wavy fiberglass pattern was so that even if you had lading right up against the wall, air could still circulate past it.
