I use a freebie program called Irfanview. The directions are probably back in the old place.

In model railroading, there are between six and two hundred ways of performing a given task.
Most modellers can get two of them to work.

If you are looking to resize large groups of photos, or even single photos, I'd suggest this (I use the heck out of it) and it is free:

FastStone Photo Resizer http://www.download.com/FastStone-Photo-...19476.html

Todd, Charlie suggested this one in the Tips and Tricks Forum. It's very easy to use and will re-size photos without replacing the originals, unless you specifically direct it to do so.

I'm not trying to be a walking advertisement for photobucket.com but they do auto resizing for uploads.
