Most buildings in a none primary neighborhood have additional protection in front of doors, gates and windows. They do either swing or roll aside to permit access. The photos shows an example:
I have got two questions:
a. What is the correct US term for that devices? Lattice is a guess from a translation program only.
b. Is there a source to get models in scale 1:87? They are a very prominent feature to many buildings. I guess the model might be photo edged from brass?

Mmm - did a quick google.
It is a little hard to say what the correct name is - I am pretty sure different people call these things by different names.
Here is a website that shows some retail security products:

Seems like what you have there might be called a "rolling security grille" by the company above. But I expect people might call them "security gates" or some such thing instead.
Found one place that sells H0 scale security gates:

Reinhard,
If you don't mind a little soldering, Kurt's (CNW 1961)topic below would give all the security fencing or gates that you would need.

I did get the security gates from Vector's cut in an envelope without any shipping cost to Germany. The quality is very good. Dave was very kind and shipped fast.
