Away, way, back RMC had some photos of a diesel,"paddling" its way through water where the access tracks onto the float bridge were below water level - sorry that I can't tell you when - but a guess says 1970's - 1980's - one of our readers with a complete collection may be able to give you more info. ISTR the article was a two-page one, and mainly captioned pictures if that helps
