Well - Tomorrow is the Un-Official start of the season!
The Bud Shootout lineup pics happen Friday at 8:30 EST on SpeedTV.

Thanks for setting up the league. 7 players should make it interesting.
And they are already banging and crashing at Daytona with the shootout last night.
And I am off to a good start with my favorite driver (Jimmy Johnson) getting his butt in a ringer, or at least his crew chief, with the marshalls. I sometimes think NASCAR would just as soon build 43 cars, let the drivers have a blind draw, and pick up their car in the lot and take it to the track.
LET THEM RACE!

Not a bad week.... Everyone "moved" somewhere
... Just a reminder.. Be sure to check qualifying EVERY WEEK, before Every Race!!! To be sure all of your drivers are in the race.
There is always the chance that a driver will not make the race, if they are not in the top 35 in points the week of the race.

Watching the Bristol race today ....can't believe how many empty seats there are ! What gives ? I've been there half dozen times but not for about 8 years ....used to be almost impossible to get a seat anywhere near race day unless it was from a "scalper" . Looks like the economy has caught up to Bristol .

It's caught up everywhere. People that used to travel to the races don't have the funds to travel anymore...

UGGH.....don't go out of town and not pay attention to who is racing. I did and one of my drivers, Mark Martin, wasn't in the race.....an automatic ZERO points. I have got to pay attention....or select another driver.

Oh MAN!! My fault too - for not reminding everyone:
Look at your drivers after Qualifying E V E R Y - W E E K !!!!!!!!!
If for some reason your driver does not make the race - or is running Limited schedules, like Mark Martin and Danica Patrick. You MUST swap out drivers after qualifying!!!

Can you believe it's been 5 weeks already?? That means that only the top 35 each week are locked in to each race. We all have to be careful that if one of our drivers is not in the top 35 in owner's points, there's always the possibility that they may not make the race!!!!
Heading to Martinsville for the Goody's Fast Relief 500 12:30 Sunday.... This is also the last race before "Easter break" - The next race is April 14th....
