About 6 weeks ago I decided I wanted to experiment with some new techniques, and I also wanted somewhere to run my growing collection of Norfolk and Western locos and stock. The result was the decision to build a micro layout.
I also decided that I would use only stuff I had lying around, that included a few lengths of Peco code 55 flex track (but no switches) and some left over parts from building kits. Everything else would have to be scratch built. The 'layout' is close to being finished now, it just needs a road bridge to hide the entracne to the layout from the staging traverser.
Let me know what you think.
Overview of the complete layout
View from the right end
View from the left end
Main Building and out buildings
Hopper unloading shed
Warehouse and storage tank to rear with 'team track' in the middle with partially built gantry crane and the street track in the foreground.
Cheers,
Kev
