Looks like the long-sought Atlas Shay will go back into production, but no schedule is available:

Outstanding!

What's wrong with Atlas? No one else is putting out N-scale Shays. :?:

Unless it's a total retooling I'll pass, I already have one shelf orphan I don't need another one.

In a straight line on lightly ballasted track with no switches, cross-overs or curves no problem.

I saw one at the Springfield, Mass show a few years ago, soon after they were first released. Smooth, slow runner, until the 0-5-0 had to give it a push at every little bad spot on the track.

Made me happy that I was in HO scale.

I went to my Happy Place, but it was closed for renovations.
