I just realized that I didn't do any work on the layout during the entire challenge 
However, I did just buy some paint that I will apply to the baseboard tomorrow, after that I will apply most of the track for the layout, I still need to order some pieces of code 83 track since the only C83 track that my LHS sells are turnouts
Since I only need to get a few more things for the layout, I predict that it will be mostly done by the end of the year, hopefully it will be good enough that I can post some pictures.
