Don,
I've been dying to try some sagebrush or tumbleweed, but you don't see any of THAT back here in Maryland. Would you be willing to do a trade? Send me some sagebrush, I'll send some pyramidal hydrangea?

Just so you know, this is no longer the west of years ago. When I first got here and for a long time after, we used to see tumbleweeds rolling down the street and butted against fences. Civilization has taken care of that. But, I do go out in the desert to target shoot, around 50 miles away and untouched by human progress. I will gladly see what I can get for a swap, but until temps get below 100, that won't happen for a few months. I will need to find some tumbleweed still in the ground, once it tumbles, it's too brittle. Some fun we used to have to to hit one while driving and watch it explode. Not good for the paint finish, but fun to do.
I did look up pyramidal hydrangea and some seem to think if can be grown indoors, just that I'm not a plant kind of guy. I'll keep in touch though, a trade is certainly possible.
