Thanks Ed. The tower in the back ground was OA which handled the track that now goes up into New Castle that the NCIR runs over. It, as well as everything else in the picture is gone.

Great shot Doc---I remember we chased that train across upper New York State until it reached it's home base.Hard to believe that was back in 2009---my first road trip with you to visit our friend Charlie.Here's another shot taken on that day---it may be the last shot I took with my old camera before it took a drive off your back seat onto the floor---luckily the photographs survived.
