It was the local terminal for the Youngstown, East Liverpool Pittsburgh trucking company. The building has been gone for years. The company was sold in 1982. and eventually left the area. The trucks were black with red hoods if I recall and they had a unique logo on the door.
This is the only picture I could find and it was a desk plaque. The truck lettering was red with a white background.
As close as I can tell the building had a 70x70 footprint. It is one I want to model.

Thanks for the info! That building begs to be modeled.
Westbound past Neil Dodge. East Palestine, Ohio Chrysler let Mrs. Neil sell the dealership but the next dealer wasn't allowed to sell because it was the only dealership that did not have the Dodge truck franchise. (the bottom section of the sign usually says "Dodge Trucks") Neil's sold International trucks, and the Chrysler Plymouth dealer had the Dodge truck franchise.
Today it doesn't matter, the only new car dealership in East Palestine is Chevrolet.
