Yes, a former Monongahela RR. I read somewhere that this was one of the units that CR upgraded to a B30-9r. I ran it for a couple days, It had lots of power.

These Super Sevens were rebuilt U 23 Bs built to B 23-7 standards with all the latest improvements.
