Our first attempt at a Christmas train was a fizzle because we almost got snowed out. Turn out was low but we had fun anyhow.

Wow Charles!

Out in the snow at Christmas time that was really a lot of fun. The burbling and soothing sound of an ALCO 539, warm homey lighted compartments in the car, relaxed people, sweet goodies for the kids, hot spiced punch for the adults and a pleasant time.
