Atlas Dash 8 body re-assembly

Have been trying to get the body back on a sound-equipped CSX Dash 8 -40C. Been trying for over an hour now and the b***** thing still will not seat properly at the front. Something is stopping it around the cab area but try as I might, I can't work out what it is. Anyone else had similar issues?

Take it round to Chris - 'e'll 'it it wiv a big 'ammer!- the sound you just heard was me departing rapidly!
....and I know it sounds silly - but you are trying to put it on the right way round - I had that problem trying to get the shell onto another loco and discovered eventually that it was reversed :oops:

Mine wasn't a sound unit but had the same problem, check the tabs that hold the cab to see if they had bent and also on the body.
