Ah, now THAT is looking more derelict.
You would be amazed at just where grass will actually find a place to grow, and not just at ground level!
It loves the opportunity to grow in roof lines and roof gutters where the combination of a bit of sun, some dirt and debris, and a little regular water and off it goes.
If it is already well established next to a path or driveway, it will quickly start to cover it over and put new roots down in any cracks, and entangle anything left lying around. I bet you would find nice thick runners of grass filling up that out house and climbing the door.
Now just why do we allow such a plant to live alongside us again? 35
