Two weeks in a row that I am starting the WPF thread. What's going on here?

NKP 765 runs to the Delaware Water Gap on today's excursion from Steamtown.

The shipyard's 3' gauge 2-4-4-2 waits , while the standard gauge coal hoppers are switched out of the coaling facility.
   
We always learn far more from our own mistakes, than we will ever learn from another's advice.
