Finally some new scenery on the Grand Valley Division of the EG&E.

A short southbound behind Erie Northshore's 620, caught on the high trestle just south of Park Head:

Wayne,

there is really no blue in your photo? Too much faded out?

But some blue and Blues (Brothers) here:

Hopefully the "weakly" thread will prove to be stronger than past weeks.A great start Doctor Wayne with another beautiful scene on the Grand Valley Division.

During the steam era on the Canadian National the railway owned a total of 203 Northern (4-8-4) locomotives so it was not unusual to see many of these dual service beauties on the Leetown Division. Here's another U2G class locomotive that was recently transferred from Northern Ontario---#6218.Like all other steam engines transferred to the Leetown Division her first stop will be the shops of the EG&E in Lowbanks where she will receive a thorough inspection and service by the expert staff at that location.I was lucky to catch her as she crossed the Maitland River on the outskirts of Lowbanks.

I bought this pair of used Atlas RSD12s from another modeler a couple of years ago. I finally got around to updating one as a Penn Central unit. Not sure if I'll do the same with the other loco or leave it as is.

It was quite dark in the room and the autofocus had it's problems....

A modest offering fresh from the Lachlan River RR workshops, a slightly modified Athearn BB flat car.

Nothing like a close up to show the flaws that need to be corrected or hidden. Eek

Great pictures, thanks!
I have not had so a good week, two decoders were fired and now all progress in digitalizing must been stopped.

The engine got a Loksound Micro today. I did not expect anything because a brand new high quality Atlas MP15DC with preinstalled Loksound arrived yesterday and produces a humming sunnd like crazy at low speed. What to expect from an old LifeLike drive..... is works perfect and has no humming sound at low speed. Loksound motor control is a difficult biest Sad

That particular area was intended to be one for photo-taking, but it's turned into a more difficult area for that than before the scenery was added.
Here's a look before the foreground trees were added...

...and an over-all view of the finished area, looking a little less washed-out than the original view in the first post:

Nice cnrglen , Not just an F-unit , but a dynamic equipped F-T. I see we share the same fashion sense as here is mine.

And a few shots of todays restoration session where we removed the compressor from our f-3 b and replaced it with new parts.
