Photos proof SOO replaced ex MILW MP15AC with SOO GP9 (photo is a GP7) doing local jobs in Chicago in 1996. All those jobs are done by MP15AC in 1986. Anybody here knows when the SOO GP9 started doing the former MILW MP15AC jobs?
This one of my oldest Atlas models but it still runs perfect. It deserves a ECO Tsunami next week.

A old tenwheeler emerging from a tunnel.

This is a brass model of the CB&Q 4-6-0 class K2 imported by Nickel Plate running in DCC mode on a Fremo Southwest Division layout.

Reinhard,

I was looking at the chicagoswitching.com site. There are quite a few photos there showing the MP15AC's working from 1986 to 2002. They also showed a SOO GP7 or 9 with photos from August of 1998. I did not go thru all the pics as there were 80 pages. They also have a forum on this site, you might want to make an inquiry there.

Looks like Barney Secord is at it again, flying almost at deck level to catch this shot of the 4807 just south of Park head...

....and he still had time for another pass over the treetops to get a more conventional view...
