Roundhouse 60' Bulkhead Truck Problem

Hi guys

im wondering if someone can help me out with a problem im having with 8 Roundhouse 60' Bulkhead Flatcars.

The trucks on them are rubbing/dragging it feels like, making the car not so free rolling. Do i need some kind of spacer between the trucks and the frames? This will probably mean i will also need longer screws since the ones provided arnt very long....

Anyone else have this problem? I found it odd that all 8 Bulkheads have the same issue

Kadde makes two thicknesses of fibre washers to lift the body of the car a little higher. You can also make your own out of styrene if you have a nice punch set.
