"Whispering Falls" by Rail Scale Miniatures
#1
Happy New year! To everyone out there.
I thought that I'd share some photos of this "Rail Scale Miniatures" kit called "Whispering Falls"
I renamed my build of this kit "Fesmire Farms" in honour of the late Chester Fesmire.
Chester was a master 1/87th scale vehicle/truck builder.
So here are some pics I hope you will enjoy them!

Thanks, Tom & Don!

Here are a few more scenes from Fesmire Farms.

Chester would use a barn interior set-up to photograph his amazing vehicles in.
So that's what inspired me to try and do the same thing as he had.
I made the rear wall of this barn removable, so I could photograph my vehicles in a barn setting like Chester.
I also switched out the more modern looking silo that comes with this kit, for an older looking one.

Greg,

Wonderful modeling, I like the idea of the removable wall.

BEE-U-TEE-FUL!!!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke thoroughly used up totally worn out and loudly proclaiming
WOW! What a ride! H.S.Thompson

The CASE steam traction engine was from a kit originally produced by SS Ltd.

Hi everyone, well I finally got the lights all working at Fesimire Farms.
So I thought I'd share a few more photos of the farm looks at night.

Enjoy!

I agree!  Very nicely done and well-presented, too.
