I'm with Nomad. I'm on highspeed broadband, (aka cable) and when I click on the third one, it gets smaller. Might have something to do with default sizing?? (I don't know whose default it is, but I was on the other side of town, so you can't pin it on me!!) (Maybe I shouldn't watch so many crime solving programs on TV.) 
I only know what I know, and I don't understand very much of it, either.
