Both TrueLine Trains and Tahoe Model Works offer caboose trucks with leaf springs.
Here's the Trueline version:

You can also use Kadee sprung trucks, and add phosphor bronze leaf springs from Precision Scale:

I install the PSC springs, then re-install the Kadee coil springs, as they help to keep the leaf spring in place - if you look closely, one of the coil springs is visible on the right-hand truck.
