Yes, the lady with the cell phone was obviously a rather rude and inconsiderate person.
At any given time there probably are somewhere between a few thousand and a few million people somewhere on this planet of about 5-6 billion people that does things that the people around them will find rude, annoying and inconsiderate.
But what does this have to do with model railroading?
