Some may understandably ( and hopefully respectfully) disagree with my personal choice, but I nominate the `WHEN/WHERE' as Bethlehem, Israel, about 4 B.C. followed on an equal standing with its completion at Passover approx 33 A.D. outside Jerusalem on a hill and then outside an empty tomb. The "WHAT" is actually a "WHO", and I think that the person is self-evident.
