Nice catch Svein, that could get a bit hairy. I was ready to jump on that "free" thing until I saw your post. :o There are more simpler free photo edit programs, that can do most anything we need for posting here, and there are several that are at a much lower cost than Photoshop. I've been using PhotoPlus for a long time. I used to get it free since I was a beta tester, but I gave that up a long time ago. I just purchased version X5 for $25 that included a lot of extra software, all on two CD's, plus a hard copy manual. Of course, when I went to their web site, I find that they just released X6, at a much higher price, but that's OK, this version has more than I need anyway.

You can get a free copy of PhotoPlus, and a lot of their other software that I'm sure are either older versions or have some features restricted, but I was using a much older version for years anyway, and it was still adequate for my needs. You can find it all right here:
