This appears to be another of those junk email hoax messages:

But as Larry and Kevin both say - keep that anti-virus software up to date and don't forward this stuff, no matter who sent it to you - it only serves to perpetuate the hoax.
I know that because of my wife's in-home business and her receiving emails from her customers all the time - we get virus messages and scams sent to us all the time. Fortunately our ISP catches most of it and combined with our anti-virus software - we haven't been stung (yet!). Can't say the same for some of her friends whose computers have been infected over and over again.
