Hello everyone.
Over the years I have taken a few pictures of some very nifty buildings I was hoping I could someday model.
Well, I'm not getting any younger and since there are some fabulous modelers on this forum, I thought maybe a thread of structure photos would be an inspiration to others.
I did not take measurements on any of the buildings I photographed, but that just gives everyone a licence to build a size they need. I am going to post 2 pictures of an old gas station. ( For some reason you have to click on the picture to see the whole photograph)
It was about gone when I took the pictures, but if my memory serves me right it was a Quaker State station. It was located between Calcutta and Fredricktown Ohio on Rte. 170, and I remember my dad buying gas there a time or two.
I don't have a whole lot of these structure pictures but there are some neat buildings that would look nice on a layout.
If you have some to share please do, and let me know if you want more of these structure pictures.
