I will admit, it was intimidating. In all honesty, I never would've attempted this kit had I not found it for so cheap at a train show. I approached the build with a "if I screw it up, I only wasted $10" mentality. That's a pretty big difference from the retail cost of this kit. I think because of that approach, I was able to enjoy the build and get the most out of it, which is why it turned out so well. All the positive feedback I've received has given me the confidence to be able to look at craftsman kits in a new light.
