The DD1s maybe, i forgot about them. However, that L6s were definitely dead. I have a photo of them on their way to the scrap yard in 1967, a whole year before Penn Central. It doesn't appear that the DD1s lasted much longer into Penn Central. the newest photos i can find are late 1969.

I may have railfanned through those days, but I didn't know the electrics as well as I do now.
