How big is your train room

The room my layout is in is 14x22. A little over half of the room is our office/computer area. My layout uses 9x14 of the over all 14x22 space with my work area under the 50" height layout.. I built the layout in 4x6 and 4x8 sections so I can move it in the future. We're possibly buying a house this summer so a large train area is on the list of must haves. Now the only decision will be whether I start over or just modify and expand the current layout. We'll see what kind of mood my wife is in when that decision has to be made!

The "Room" size is 15 X 15.... The Layout is 13 X 9, only because there is need for an aisle to get to the laundry room and the back door and some shelving units too
