hi Mike , its just me and the land ! , I try and keep things simple the grade has now been covered and looks a bit better , its seems to be going the way its been thought out in my head  , once the grade has track on I'll start to infill the surrounding area's .
It is planned to have a upper level at about the same size 3 X 7 feet ( its a BIG door ) , with some kind of tourist attraction ? , I have thought about a scaled down London bridge theme park .

Railroader , that's only the overflow , the turntable is covered with card and toped full of building material's - will post a picky of the shed with locos from the old layout soon .

But things have to stop - this little beauty arrived - and needs playing with Thumbsup

the new station kit has arrived ( not the canopy Nope ) its exclusive to the builder from 'Card Kit DIY' , planed to build art décor style , just follow your own instructions :hey: .....

for the overall shape use the curve of the platform canopy , using good quality board for the roof formers , the building will be card - mostly cereal packaging , the rest is just a follow on :? ...

to be continued .......

nothing much to report - had a couple of quiet days - just made this buffer/oil store for a friend , who has a disability and is unable to even make a simple kit , the buffer is illuminated and a reed is under the track , when the tank car arrives the water tank building , yard light and ground signal illuminates .
its all scratch built , this is where Kato track comes into its own - its simple plug and play Thumbsup

All the round shapes are very unusual. The structures get a very elegant touch.
