Greetings, gang.
It's a chilly 59 degrees in the remote reaches of northern Iowa this morning with a predicted high of 74 and rain on the horizon through tomorrow.
Had a super good time with my niece and her family yesterday. Her kids are active, intelligent, inquisitive, and know how to tease and take teasing - all requirements for being in the family. All in all one of the best days I've had in a long time. Need to make a grocery run soon as I don't even have any milk for breakfast. Nothing else on the agenda for today.
The temperature got to 79 here yesterday afternoon but it certainly didn't feel like it because of the super low humidity. Humidity was only 25% yesterday afternoon - extremely low for these parts.
