and the point of the tunnel where the air is split (To the left) the wall of foamboard is where the fence is on the prototype

Ok - the floors are being painted... The roofs are started "Fitting pieces together" Big Grin

Oh yeah, It is really beginning to take shape now.
More work on fan

I had to design a "Center support for the fan, since the framwork would not hold the weight of the blades if i built it all out of balsa.

The support frame is foam, but there's more below
backup for "foam support" an Erector Set beam - screwed into the foam and holding up the axel of the fan
Now - to build the blades..... 1 down - 9 more to go!! Eek Eek Eek Eek
and - then attach said blade to fan support
Now go back up and look again at the first set of pics... You'll see the fan support, with blade attached - and the erector set beam behiond the "foam' beam Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin
