The roofing felt and the elevator doors of the elevator shaft are printed textures. The dirt on the plastered wall is made with chalk.

It works well.

Now I can order more parts for the rest of me turnouts.

These frog kits have been available inexpensively in the US from the Proto:87 Stores for around ten years already, and more recently can be obtained by request from the Proto:87 Stores (EU) in the UK, for direct shipping to European customers without incurring customs duties.

Here is a sample of the full range. They are of course, copyright, so should NOT be copied without permission, in this manner.

Andy,

It's right I use the same way to build my frogs. But I can't see the copy.

My frog has a different shape and probably other dimensions.

And for your reassurance - I don't sell them.

To save you the cost of manufacturing more, Here's the existing (rail bound manganese) shape you wanted shown alongside the regular (bent rail) shape. I'm always happy to help if you want to talk quantities. Note we've been supplying track for German modellers who use NEM wheels for many years and several have done extreme and still successful performance testing.

Here's one of several you tube clips from 2009 for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db3nFOmoxzs

When I have more time, I'll post videos of my own NEM streetcars running through our track. I have several Roco and Halling cars.
